QUOINSUITE

The corner every project builds from.

Quoin Suite keeps a contracting firm square. Tenders, sites, stores, certificates and the books, in one set of accounts, for every role from the yard to the boardroom.

Built with a working contractor. In beta with its first firms.

Five stations, one record.

A project passes through the same hands in the same order every time. Quoin follows it from the tender bond to the final account, and nothing is retyped between stations.

    Tender

Track invitations, bid bonds and submission dates. Price from the firm's own cost database so the rate you quote is the rate you can build at.

    Close out

Closing a project freezes it and hands you the pack: every certificate, letter and register as PDF, the figures as a workbook, and an index of the documents. Then the record stays put.

The site app. Collect it where it happens.

Most of a project's record is born on site, on a phone, in the sun, with no signal. The Quoin site app does the simple things well: take the photo, tick the sheet, measure the quantity, and it lands in the right place in the project without anyone retyping it in the office.

  • Photos and videoTagged to the project, the location and the item they belong to, with the time and the GPS position on each one.
  • Inspection sheetsRebar, formwork, pour, waterproofing. Pass, fail or not applicable on every line, a photo where it matters, a signature at the end.
  • Take-off sheetsMeasure on site against the bill item: length, width, count. The quantity goes straight to the measurement for the next certificate.
  • Site diaryWeather, labour, plant, visitors and what was done, in two minutes before leaving site.
  • Deliveries at the gatePick the purchase order, count what arrived, photograph the delivery note. The goods received note writes itself.
  • Snags and non-conformancesPhoto, location, who fixes it, by when. Closed with another photo.
  • Works offlineEverything is kept on the phone and sent when the signal comes back. Nothing waits on the network.

What's inside.

Twenty-two modules today and the site app on the way, grouped the way a contractor's office is. Every one of them writes to the same project record, so a figure entered on site is the figure finance sees.

Every module, on every plan.

Nothing is locked away. Every plan has tenders, sites, stores, certificates, portals, custom roles and the AI assistant. What changes is capacity: projects, people, storage and AI. Reach a wall and you can pay for the extra that month, or move up.

Prices exclude VAT. Yearly billing is ten months for twelve. Per-use charges are metered daily and appear on the same invoice. Every plan starts with a 30-day pilot on one of your real projects.

Each firm in its own walls.

Quoin runs many contractors on one platform, and none of them can see across the line. Inside a firm, access follows the job: a storekeeper sees stores, a site engineer sees the bill without the rates, finance sees every supplier and no tender.

When the standard roles don't fit, make your own. Start from the nearest one, then open or close each module. Project by project exceptions sit on top, and every change is in the audit log.

Set true. Stays true.

A business system is only useful if the firm can lean on it for years. These are the parts that make that possible.

See it on one of your projects.

Bring a live bill of quantities and a certificate you are working on. We set the project up with you in the first session, so you leave with something real rather than a demo.

The form is wired up when the site goes live. Until then, write to hello@quoinsuite.com.
